Well developer of this moded driver said, it was only made to work for series belowsome ppl using series and up ignored this warning and installed them on guru3d forums, though their drivers didn't work and they had to reinstall their old drivers from the scratch.
I recommend copying only [Display] and [Rendering] part, the rest isn't important and won't have any effects on your FPS.
My Crossfire rig in my sig has been in the radeonn for a while now, because the damn thing draws too much electricity and will actually dim the lights that are on the same electrical fuse I've learned about different tweaks from various sources, these settings should have a big effect on your FPS if you never touched your useroptions.
